License Agreement
Introduction
This License Agreement governs the use of photographs, images, videos, and other visual content available through the Natoria Africa platform. By downloading, purchasing, or using any content from Natoria Africa, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
License Types
StandardStandard License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the content for:
Permitted Uses:
- • Personal use
- • Editorial content (blogs, news articles)
- • Marketing and promotional materials
- • Social media campaigns
- • Website and app visuals
- • Educational presentations
Limitations:
- • No resale or redistribution
- • No pornographic or defamatory use
- • Maximum 500,000 impressions/copies
ExtendedExtended License
Includes all Standard License rights plus:
- • Use in merchandise for sale (t-shirts, posters, packaging)
- • Use in templates or digital products for resale
- • Unlimited distribution
Available upon request with additional fees
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- • Claim ownership or authorship of any Natoria Africa content
- • Use content in logos, trademarks, or service marks without permission
- • Alter content in a misleading or offensive way
- • Redistribute content as standalone files (even for free)

Credit is not required but appreciated

Intellectual Property

Termination

We reserve the right to modify this agreement. Changes are effective upon posting to our website.
